I suppose i better update LOL!Evies xray results are back! Her skull sutures have NOT fused! This means no operation YAYAYAYAY!!! We (re)start the helmet treatment on Friday. She is getting measured and her helmet will be made.
Taryn had her eye check up yesterday. She still needs to wear her glasses. there is 0% improvement without the glasses but 75% improvement with the glasses. So she has to wear them for another 3 months and they will reassess her then.
Georgia got sent home from school on monday as she wasnt very well. She had a temp, felt sick and had a sore throat. She went back today though after convincing me she was better.
Cameron has been doing fantastic with his reading. He was put in a course to help improve his reading, hes been in it 2 months and already we can see the improvement. so we are proud of him :)
Reagan is just Reagan! LOL. She starts nursery in September. I worry slightly as she is our shy baby. She doesnt like new people - including kids.So it should be interesting.
Money is going to be tight this month. Lots of payments have gone out plus with travelling to cardiff every week will cripple us. What with the double payment on the car and school trips. Still, its only until the next pay day 16th may, then we will be fine again. So roll on 16th may! one month to go!!
Oh! We have been discussing a 6th baby. We are going to wait until Evies treatment is over and done with though and see how it goes. We always said we'd have 6. plus i'll be so glad to get this damn implant out of my arm. 7 week long periods are no fun.

Once again im being blamed on a website for things ive not done. Jeez i have no access to this website coz im banned (i'll mention no names). But yet mine and my husband name still gets dragged through the mud all because site owner screwed up by reading private messages. Ironic really isnt it? I got banned for reading a forum i shouldnt of read, although i was never told i couldnt read it
then i read crap about how there are two sides to every story. how come no one wanted to hear mine? instead i got labelled as something im not all so site owner could save face.
I let it go. yes i was angry, even more so because that site owners words made people take back donations they gave to ej's site. She made me out a liar, and people believed her.
And now im being blamed again. WTF.
soooooo while i seem to get the blame for stuff i didnt do, i might as well actually do stuff to get blamed for. im seriously considering letting some of those ass kissers see what that site thinks of them behind their backs.

Yesterday EJ had her appointment, she had xrays taken of her skull. We are now just waiting for the results to come through. Really hoping her skull isnt fused. Would be horrible for her (and us) having to go through an operation. Especially with her being so young. The consultant was pretty sure her skull wasnt fused though. We will see when the results are through. They did confirm she has plagiocephaly though, so the helmet treatment is definatly something she needs. Thursday, February 28, 2008, 12:58
I keep forgetting to write in here, its not like my life is amazingly busy either. All is ok. Its almost time for EJ to see the consultant at the hospital and have her CT scan. Hopefully she gets the all clear and we can start helmet treatment soon after. All the other kids are doing great. They have their school reports tomorrow. I'm sure they are doing fantastic at school. Camerons reading has really improved these last few weeks.
Taryns teacher asked me on tuesday if she could 'borrow' EJ for a class talk on babies and growing up LOL! So we are taking her in tomorrow morning. Its only for 20 minutes or so and im sure EJ will love the attention.
I've started designing phpBB templates again. For V3 this time. I'm getting better with each one. Today I learnt how to play around with the header and give each group of links its own class. Also how to wrap images around stuff. So I'm pretty impressed with myself hehe. I've had no complaints or problems with the ones I have released on phpbb.com either! So thats a great thing. Really dont fancy having tons of pages of people having problems with the templates I made.
So yeah, life is good :)

Just testing my blog still works as we upgraded something on the server ;)Saturday, February 16, 2008, 02:48
..because I havent for a while.ok lets see..
Taryn turned 4 last Sunday. She had a big birthday party at playplanet and everyone that was invited turned up! So all in all it was a really good day. There are photos in the ktuk photo board and also on www.thevessel.net for those that want to see :)
We are also still waiting for EJ's appointment on the 18th March before we know what will happen about her helmet. Getting frustrated with waiting but theres nothing else we can do.
I have to go to the doctors next week to pick up some more anti d's and get him to look at my stomach...ive looked 7 months pregnant for a while now and its pretty tender

So this year has started off...strangely i think is the word. www.evie-jo.co.uk will explain most of it, but what is weird, we have had people take back donations they have given. Odd. Apparently they are 'misled and been lied too'. Obviously they cannot see the photos
On another note, Taryn is getting her glasses on Friday. 1.45pm and we are expected to be there for an hour or so...so im not sure what to do about the older kids being at school, i might have to pick them up early that day and take them to the hospital appointment...5 kids at the hospital...oh fun...not. Im not sure if my mom can come in that day to look after the older ones either. urgh why cant they make appointments at better times.

So EJ is back to her normal self. I was getting better but for some reason today i feel weak and shaky again. I think its just lack of sleep though. I was just reading through all mine and hubbys blog entries...and i came across the one where hubby announced my pregnancy with EJ...made me smile. I kinda miss it all again. But at the same time im finding it hard with 5 kids. I just honestly dont think i could handle a 6th. I'll stick with kittens i think LOL although hubby refuses to let me have another one LOL!!! But i still have EJ and Holly...they are my baby babies right now.
Not really much else to report right now. Trying to get our dog rehomed again, waiting for a reply from the rehoming warden.

We had a pretty rough night last night! It all started at 7.30pm when EJ started breathing very very fast. And she was wheezing extremely bad. I phoned the oncall doctor who advised me to take her straight to hospital, although he didnt feel there was any need for an ambulance.
Whilst in the waiting room at the hospital, EJ's lips started turning a bluey colour. I took her over to the receptionist who then took us straight to the consultant. It was a very busy night there and the only room they had available was the plaster room so we were put in there. The consultant checked her over and wasnt happy with her wheeze. He didnt seem concerned about anything else, but thats the UK health system for you i guess. He hooked her up to an oxygen machine that takes a reading and it came back at 81%. He then got a nurse to come and check and they both thought maybe the machine was faulty, so they got another one.
That reading on the new machine came back at 84%. So they put her straight on oxygen. The nurse held the oxygen mask over EJ's face and she screamed the place down. it was heart breaking :(
They got her oxygen up to 91% and then a cubicle became available so we moved into there. We were there for about an hour and her levels kept going between 80 and 94%. Her lips at that point started returning to their normal colour.
They then transferred us up to the childrens ward, where she was still on oxygen.
I came home at 11.30pm to get changed as EJ had puked over me whilst hubby stayed with EJ, I got back to the hospital about 12.30am and EJ was settled and asleep. Her wheeze had practically disappeared and her breathing was alot more normal.
I came back home about 2am under the instruction of hubby LOL. Im still suffering from this bug and feel like crap. If i had stayed i would of only have woke EJ up by coughing all night long. So i came home and hubby stayed with EJ, he told me when i went back that they shoved a tube up her nose to get a sample to test...i dont think i could of sat through that, watching my baby having tubes put in her like that :( im suprised hubby didnt lash out at the nurses to be honest coz hes so protective of his kids. Anyway, I fell asleep about 3.30 and woke at 5.15am. I couldnt stop being sick, im guessing from this bug, maybe from lack of sleep. After the 3rd time of puking i started feeling slightly better and got ready and made my way back to the hospital. By this time it was about 8.15am.
Just after i got there, the consultants were doing their rounds, so they came to check EJ and were happy her sats were much better then when she first came in. He said she was suffering from bronchiolitis and that usually takes a few weeks to recover from. Theres nothing they can give her to make it better :( just a case of riding it out. So they discharged her and said if we have any worries then to bring her straight back and they will check her over again.
She hasnt been too bad today, slightly wheezy but tons better then yesterday. She gave us a real fright.
